Quality Control Technician

About the role

FICEP S.p.A., a leading metalworking company, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join its Quality Control Department. The successful candidate will ensure that mechanical components meet dimensional specifications and support production with accurate measurement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Perform dimensional inspections of mechanical parts on receipt and during production using appropriate measuring tools.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and measurement records.
• Generate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs) through the AS400 system.
• Assist production teams with measurement tasks throughout the manufacturing process and final machine testing.
• Conduct inspections at customer and supplier sites on FICEP components or machines.
• Calibrate measuring instruments in accordance with company procedures.

Required profile

• Technical diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Previous experience in the metalworking industry, even at entry level.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong sense of accuracy, reliability and responsibility.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a proactive, continuous‑improvement mindset.

What we offer

• Full‑time, day‑shift position (Monday‑Friday) on‑site.
• Gross annual salary €25,000‑€35,000, depending on experience.
