Quality Engineer – ASME Orders

About the role

The Quality Engineer – ASME Orders ensures full quality, regulatory and documentation compliance for all orders subject to ASME requirements, from contract review to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Project Quality Management by analysing technical and regulatory requirements during the Order Review phase.
• Define and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and coordinate internal and external inspection activities.
• Manage relationships with Authorized Inspectors, Inspection Agencies, customers and third‑party inspectors.
• Support supplier development for ASME orders and verify material certificates, WPS, PQR and brazing qualifications.
• Oversee final project documentation such as Manufacturer’s Data Reports and Data Books.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance/Engineering in industrial manufacturing, specifically with ASME pressure equipment.
• Strong knowledge of ASME Code Section VIII Div. 1; Certified Individual (CI) is a plus.
• Good command of English and familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems.
