Quality Engineer Group Lead

About the role

As a Quality Engineer Group Lead at Bosch, you will be the primary point of contact for both internal and external quality issues across assigned product lines. You will drive customer satisfaction by managing quality metrics, leading corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for all quality concerns from customers and internal teams.
• Lead cross‑functional corrective‑action teams using quality tools to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit PPAP documentation, control plans, product sorting instructions, and quality alerts.
• Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEAs, and SPC analyses.
• Review warranty returns, monitor trends, and support APQP activities for new product launches.
• Conduct internal audits to IATF 16949 standards and coordinate customer audits.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality engineering, technical operations, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams, including operators, managers, and international partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
