Railway Engineer – Canada & USA

About the role

Teoresi S.p.A. is seeking qualified Railway Engineers to join on‑site projects across Canada and the United States. The role involves supporting the testing, validation, and commissioning of railway vehicles and their subsystems, ensuring they meet safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in testing, validation, and commissioning activities for railway rolling stock.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and generate detailed reports on mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
• Apply EHS procedures, including LOTO and AZDP, during all test activities.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience in the railway or transportation sector.
• Fluent in French and English with strong teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Knowledge of rolling stock systems, TCMS, and RAMS.
• Proficiency with diagnostic and test tools.
• Familiarity with EHS procedures such as LOTO and AZDP.
