Raw Material Purchasing Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Raw Material Purchasing Coordinator to manage the procurement of accessories, yarns, leathers and fabrics for our Ready‑to‑Wear and Knitwear divisions. The role combines strategic sourcing, supplier negotiation and data‑driven decision making to secure high‑quality materials at competitive prices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiations on price, terms, rebates and discounts with raw material suppliers.
• Validate prices and minimum order quantities, and manage a global supplier network.
• Analyse supplier performance, present KPI results and recommend new suppliers.
• Challenge delivery timelines, resolve quality issues and act as liaison with internal yarn and fabric production teams.
• Plan blind orders with Finished Product Planning and Merchandise teams.
• Coordinate raw material replenishment, book production capacity and perform MRP analysis.
• Conduct stock analysis, manage re‑use initiatives and stock sales.
• Create reports and presentations for management, supporting budget and forecast analysis.
• Lead, mentor and develop a purchasing team.
• Collaborate with Sustainability and LVMH coordination meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Proven experience in raw material purchasing, preferably in luxury fashion or textiles.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management expertise.
• Excellent analytical ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Leadership and team‑management experience.
• Fluency in English and ability to travel as required.
