Informazioni sul ruolo
Immobildream è alla ricerca di Real Estate Developers per potenziare il proprio franchising immobiliare. Cerchiamo figure strategiche con comprovata esperienza nel settore del franchising, capaci di guidare la crescita del network e di consolidare la presenza sul mercato.
Responsabilità principali
- Reclutare affiliati;
- Gestire il processo di affiliazione dal primo contatto alla firma del contratto;
- Sviluppare strategie di marketing e networking per attrarre nuovi partner;
- Monitorare il mercato per individuare opportunità di espansione.
Profilo richiesto
- Esperienza nello sviluppo di reti in franchising;
- Forti capacità comunicative e di negoziazione;
- Spiccate doti organizzative ed orientamento ai risultati aziendali.
Cosa offriamo
- Euro 5.000,00 per ogni contratto di franchising concluso positivamente;
- Importanti provvigioni sulle royalties del primo anno pagate dal franchisee.
