Real Estate Lawyer – Milan

About the role

We are looking for a motivated lawyer to join our Real Estate Investment team in Milan. The role involves advising national and international investors and developers on all aspects of real estate law within a leading global law firm.

Key responsibilities

• Support acquisitions, developments, disposals, lease, construction and property‑management mandates.
• Advise corporate clients and investment companies on purchase, sale and lease of commercial real estate.
• Collaborate with funds, finance and tax colleagues to deliver comprehensive advice on real‑estate investment structures.

Required profile

• University degree with excellent academic results and admission to the Italian Bar.
• 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience, preferably in real‑estate law.
• Strong background in real‑estate matters and basic understanding of corporate issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
• Organised, service‑oriented and able to meet deadlines with a proactive attitude.
