Reception Manager – Front Office Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Reception Manager to lead the front‑office operations at our Sonnwies resort in the Dolomites. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless stay while overseeing a team of front‑desk staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all operational processes of the front office and daily desk activities.
• Lead, train and schedule front‑desk team members.
• Welcome guests at check‑in and check‑out, handling inquiries and support.
• Maintain quality standards, handle complaints and conduct quality control.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Oversee preparation and updating of programs, lists and reports.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in hospitality.
• Several years of experience in a similar role within upscale hospitality.
• Fluent in English, Italian and German.
• Strong organizational, communication and sales abilities.
• Professional, confident demeanor with a guest‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
