Receptionist – Front Office

About the role

The MaisonHotel Pitrizza is looking for a professional Receptionist to join its Front Office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily arrivals and departures and keep booking and occupancy schedules up to date.
• Process all bookings received by telephone or email within 24 hours.
• Prepare for guest arrivals, including printing registration cards and organizing group folders.
• Check‑in guests according to the hotel’s established procedures and provide 5‑star hospitality.
• Handle credit guarantee procedures such as authorisations and deposits.
• Organise guest departures, manage billing and release rooms following hotel protocols.
• Enforce guest safety procedures and maintain cleanliness in the reception and lobby areas.
• Complete all administrative tasks outlined in the daily shift checklist.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the front office of a luxury hotel.
• Strong communication skills and a flexible, team‑oriented attitude.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality sector.
• Fluency in Italian and English; a third language is a plus.
