Receptionist

About the role
We are looking for a courteous and detail‑oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for everyone who walks through our doors. In this role you will greet visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, manage phone traffic and support the smooth operation of daily office activities.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments and take messages when required.
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail, parcels and packages throughout the office.
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are signed in, informed and escorted as needed.
- Organise inbound and outbound mail handling, maintaining an orderly system.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry and basic office tasks.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Positive attitude with the ability to remain courteous under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with basic office software such as Microsoft Office.
