Regional Field Manager (THV) Southern Italy

About the role

Edwards is seeking a Regional Field Manager for its Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business in Southern Italy. The role will lead a team of Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists, driving sales, marketing and education activities to increase therapy adoption across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and manage a high‑performing field team to achieve sales targets.
• Support the team in complex selling situations and in managing external agents where applicable.
• Promote and sell the THV product portfolio, building strong relationships with key decision makers.
• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term territory and account plans.
• Plan and support therapy development initiatives to increase penetration in line with clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate regularly with internal functions such as finance, legal, pricing, marketing, training, HR and bids & tenders.
• Assist local marketing efforts to reinforce Edwards’ market leadership.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably economics or engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience with a proven record of growth.
• At least 5 years of sales and people‑management experience, leading high‑performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop sales employees and external agents.
