Regional Financial Controller – Finance & Accounting

About the role

Hard Rock International is seeking a Regional Financial Controller to oversee financial policies, procedures, and reporting across its operations. The role ensures compliance with legal and regulatory standards while supporting the Operations Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely internal P&L reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Supervise accounts payable, ensuring accurate invoice processing and payments.
• Manage payroll processing, develop payroll policies, and advise on employment law matters.
• Oversee credit control, guaranteeing prompt billing and collection of receivables.
• Maintain internal control environment through balance‑sheet reconciliations and compliance oversight.
• Coordinate local reporting requirements and liaise with external accountants and auditors.

Required profile

• Proven financial management experience in a similar controller role.
• Strong knowledge of local tax, licensing, and accounting regulations.
• Ability to build effective relationships with all management levels.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capabilities.
• University degree in business, accounting, or finance.
