About the role
Vestacy is seeking a Regional Key Account Manager for the Tirreno region to drive growth and profitability across its consumer‑goods portfolio. You will act as the primary liaison between Vestacy and major retail partners, ensuring the delivery of sales targets and the execution of strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve P&L objectives, including trade investment and gross margin targets.
- Manage category performance and client mix with a focus on trade‑investment levers.
- Provide quarterly sales forecasts based on sell‑in/out analysis and market trends.
- Negotiate assortment, promotions and “second‑level” agreements within the assigned customer perimeter.
- Identify efficiency and profitability opportunities to improve category management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to deepen partnership.
Required profile
- Degree in Economics or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of sell‑in experience in the GDO/retail sector.
- Proven P&L management experience.
- Strong command of English.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing and complexity‑management skills.
