Regional Manager – Retail (Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Manager to lead our store network across Lombardy, Piedmont and Liguria. Based in the Milan area, you will work closely with the Country Manager, local Store Managers and HQ teams in Italy and Denmark to drive sales, improve performance and champion the NORMAL culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a network of stores, providing hands‑on guidance to Store Managers and their teams.
• Optimize sales results and implement best practices across the region.
• Conduct regular store visits, monitoring performance indicators, budgeting and execution quality.
• Recruit, train and coach Store Managers to ensure strong leadership on the ground.
• Coordinate commercial operations with the Italian leadership team and the Danish headquarters.
• Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting NORMAL’s values and customer‑experience focus.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager in the retail or FMCG (GDO) sector.
• Result‑oriented, structured leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong decision‑making skills and a proactive attitude, especially during peak periods.
• Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
• Based in the Milan area with high mobility across north‑west Italy.
