Regional Protective Services Expert – Global Protection & Security

About the role

Accenture’s Global Protection & Security (GP&S) team is seeking a Regional Protective Services Expert for Italy. Reporting to the Regional Protective Services Lead, you will support crisis management, emergency preparedness, physical security, investigations, executive protection and related security functions across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead crisis and emergency management activities, serving as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct systematic facility security reviews, emergency action plan drills, and workplace violence prevention programs.
• Provide executive protection, event security, travel security, and geo‑political threat monitoring.
• Manage vendor selection, deployment, and performance reviews for security officers and related services.
• Develop and deliver corporate security training and promote a strong security culture.
• Maintain awareness of EU regulations and ensure compliance across security operations.

Required profile

• Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and solve complex problems.
• High integrity, professionalism and ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with business, IT, cyber security, legal, travel, workplace, HR leaders and external law‑enforcement or intelligence agencies.
