About the role

We are seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead our growth across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role focuses on defence‑related communications and networking solutions, building long‑term partnerships with resellers, military stakeholders and commercial clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand market presence across EMEA territories.
  • Identify and secure foreign military sales opportunities, particularly within networking and communications sectors.
  • Lead, mentor and support regional teams while ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with international resellers, distributors and strategic partners, including pipeline oversight and forecasting.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for reseller networks and partnership programs across the region.
  • Analyze and prioritize high‑potential international markets for advanced wireless communication solutions.
  • Evaluate and onboard new partners, agents, consultants and channel representatives.
  • Coordinate regional participation in trade shows, industry conferences and customer engagement events.
  • Collaborate with internal business development and engineering teams to address market‑entry challenges and support product adoption internationally.
  • Travel regularly to customer and partner locations to strengthen relationships and support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting government‑related international projects.
  • Strong background in foreign military sales, ideally focused on networking, wireless communications or defence technologies.
  • Proven experience in international sales strategy, account development and regional business expansion.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross‑functional or geographically distributed teams.
  • Solid understanding of project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management and partner program execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills across multicultural environments.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time.
