Remote Architect – CAD & Construction Documentation

About the role

We are seeking a remote Architect specialized in CAD and construction documentation to produce detailed architectural and engineering drawings for a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed floor plans and elevation sets based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive 2D/3D CAD drawings for architectural and engineering purposes.
• Prepare accurate GD&T callouts for manufacturing documentation.
• Produce and annotate multi‑sheet electrical schematics to industry standards.
• Design and review PCB layouts, ensuring manufacturability and functionality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve technical questions.
• Deliver complete documentation packages aligned with project milestones and quality expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years recent experience in architectural CAD and construction documentation.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard 2D/3D CAD and PCB layout tools.
• Proven ability to generate and interpret GD&T callouts and complex schematic diagrams.
• Experience developing multi‑sheet electrical schematics and integrating PCB layouts within building projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multi‑document sets.
• Advanced communication skills in English; remote, cross‑functional collaboration a plus.
