Remote Nephrologist – AI Clinical Reviewer

About the role

This remote contract position enables an experienced physician to apply internal medicine expertise to improve large language models used in healthcare. You will work with AI researchers to ensure the models generate accurate, empathetic, and safe medical reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and solve advanced clinical scenarios covering differential diagnoses and chronic disease management.
• Evaluate AI‑generated responses for diagnostic accuracy, clinical judgment, and evidence‑based reasoning.
• Identify gaps in the model’s understanding across internal medicine subspecialties.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and medical peers to refine model performance.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to guide next‑generation AI development for clinical and educational use.

Required profile

• MD or equivalent with active clinical practice within the past 3 years.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine (or equivalent qualification).
• Comprehensive knowledge of acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Ability to articulate complex medical reasoning in clear, patient‑friendly language.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital medical tools (e.g., electronic health records).
