Repair & Analysis Operator (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Operator Repair & Analysis to support our repair technicians and help streamline the device repair workflow. The role is based on‑site and involves preparing, testing and managing defective e‑mobility components to keep the material flow efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process defective devices (opening/closing, ticket creation, standard photography) to accelerate technician work.
• Test repaired devices and ready them for re‑introduction into the production line.
• Replenish workstations with required spare parts and collect material for storage or scrapping.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the ERP system and ensure workflow continuity.
• Collaborate with the team to keep the repair area organized and efficient.

Required profile

• Basic experience in warehouse or inventory management.
• Ability to work independently with precision and structure.
• Proficiency in German and Italian; English is a plus.

Required skills

• Warehouse management.
• Use of ERP or comparable management systems.
• Strong PC and IT skills.
• Device testing procedures.
