Reporting Controller

About the role

The Reporting Controller is a key member of the Controlling department, responsible for delivering accurate and timely business reports that support management decisions across finance, HR, operations, and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare periodic business reports on revenue, profitability, headcount, and productivity for management and headquarters.
• Manage monthly headcount reporting, align HR and financial data, and analyse personnel cost variances.
• Monitor revenue and profitability performance, support month‑end closing and provide variance explanations.
• Design, automate and maintain Power BI dashboards and DAX data models for actionable visualisations.
• Administer the CCM reporting tool, maintain master data and ensure cross‑system data consistency.
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, assist department managers with data insights and prepare executive presentations.
• Monitor intracompany transactions and support finance with transfer‑pricing documentation.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
• Fluent in Italian and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, profitability analysis and business KPIs.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Power BI development, DAX language and data modelling.
• Experience with reporting tools, ERP systems and corporate data management platforms.
• Familiarity with CCM reporting tools or similar systems is a plus.
