Reservations Agent – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a Reservations Agent to join Four Seasons Hotel Firenze. The role involves handling guest inquiries and reservations through multiple channels, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Answer general hotel phone calls, route them to the appropriate extensions, and manage wake‑up call requests.
• Handle guest inquiries via email, chat and other hotel communication tools.
• Capture and process incoming reservation requests, complete internal reservation forms and coordinate booking details.
• Maintain and update the telephone switchboard, internal telephone directory and hotel computer systems.
• Process brochure requests, manage fax communications and ensure proper operation of facsimile machines.
• Perform guest recognition duties and conduct pre‑arrival reviews to prepare all departments for incoming guests.

• Attention to detail and accuracy when handling reservations and guest information.
