About the role

Join the team that delivers the McDonald’s experience to thousands of guests each day in the Piraeus area. As a Restaurant Crew Member you will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve menu items according to McDonald’s standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Provide friendly, efficient service to guests.
Handle cash transactions and operate point‑of‑sale equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Good command of English.
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and evenings.
Team‑oriented mindset and passion for food.
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
