About the role

Join Aethos Sardinia as the first friendly face guests encounter. As a Restaurant Hostess you will create a warm welcome, manage the flow of diners and ensure every visitor feels valued from the moment they step through the door.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a genuine smile and guide them to their tables.
• Balance walk‑in traffic and reservations, maintaining an efficient seating plan.
• Accommodate special requests, such as high‑chairs, accessibility needs or large parties.
• Communicate guest preferences to the service team to support a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting host stand and lobby area.

Required profile

• Friendly, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience in hospitality or front‑of‑house roles is preferred.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
