About the role

Join Aethos Sardinia as the first friendly face guests encounter. As a Restaurant Hostess you will welcome visitors, manage the flow of diners, and set the tone for a memorable Mediterranean‑inspired experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional smile and guide them to their tables.
• Manage the seating plan, balancing walk‑ins, reservations and special requests.
• Maintain an organized waiting area and keep guests informed of wait times.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth transitions between seating and service.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide basic information about the venue and assist with any immediate needs.

Required profile

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation or seating management systems (if any).
