About the role

Casa Cipriani Milano seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead its high‑end dining venues, including a terrace restaurant, the Pickering Room, and the Living Room. The successful candidate will inspire the team, uphold the brand’s distinguished elegance, and ensure flawless service for discerning guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all food‑and‑beverage outlets, guaranteeing consistent, high‑quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across all F&B areas.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff.
• Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure proper coverage.
• Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with active listening and professionalism.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and collaborate on improvement measures.
• Assist in preparing and managing the F&B budget, including forecasting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Track financial performance and identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, ordering, storage, and inventory procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a comparable luxury hospitality or private‑club environment.
• Excellent command of English; additional language is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and diplomatic skills.
• Professional, courteous, and discreet demeanor.
• High attention to detail, precision, and organizational ability.
• Proven leadership capability to motivate and manage staff.
• Background in high‑end nightlife, entertainment, or lounge settings.
