About the role

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Restaurant Supervisor to lead the team at LASA, a new Filipino and Asian‑fusion dining concept in St Peter Port. You will ensure smooth service, uphold high standards, and help shape the restaurant’s culture from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations to guarantee seamless guest experiences.
• Lead, train and motivate staff, fostering a motivated and high‑performing team.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure menu quality and efficient service flow.
• Drive sales through exceptional service, upselling and local marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Organised, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
