Retail Team Manager – Milan

About the role

As a Team Manager at Burberry in Milan, you will lead a customer‑facing team on the shop floor, driving exceptional service and sales performance. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring the store delivers the luxury experience Burberry is known for while meeting targets across all product categories.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with store management to enhance sales performance and consistently achieve KPIs.
• Analyse store performance, report trends and competitor activity, and develop growth strategies.
• Lead and support initiatives that meet store objectives and drive productivity.
• Build strong relationships with local customers, personal shoppers, competitors and community events.
• Coach a high‑performing, service‑oriented team, setting performance targets and monitoring results.
• Serve as a Burberry brand specialist, demonstrating deep product knowledge across all categories.
• Deliver an excellent client experience, develop long‑term relationships with top clients, and manage CRM data to support outreach.
• Ensure consistent training standards and product knowledge across the team.
