Revenue Growth Management Senior Analyst – South Europe

About the role

The Revenue Growth Management Senior Analyst will drive profitable net‑revenue growth across the South Europe cluster (France, Italy, Spain and Portugal). Reporting to the Head of Commercial & eCommerce, the role combines strategic pricing, promotion and trade‑investment expertise with hands‑on execution in a multi‑country environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing index, competitiveness and elasticity analysis to identify gaps, margin risks and revenue recovery opportunities.
• Translate global RGM principles into market‑specific promotion guidelines and govern promotion depth, frequency and mechanics.
• Own and embed price‑governance frameworks, including recommended and floor prices, trade terms, decision rights and escalation paths.
• Develop value‑based price‑selling stories and support senior stakeholder negotiations with fact‑based insights.
• Conduct post‑promotion evaluation, measuring incrementality, true uplift and cannibalisation to inform future decisions.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure value delivery aligns with AOP commitments.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in revenue growth management, pricing, or commercial analytics within consumer‑goods or beverage sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
• Proven stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on data‑driven storytelling.
