About the role

ALTO Robotics develops intelligent autonomous mobile robots for real industrial environments. We are seeking a Robotics Software Engineer who enjoys building, testing, and deploying complete robotic systems from code to field operation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop software for autonomous mobile robots.
• Integrate navigation, localization, and robot‑control modules.
• Test and debug on real robotic platforms.
• Integrate robotics software with hardware components.
• Support system validation and field deployment.
• Collaborate with electronics, mechanical, and operations teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience with C++ and Python.
• Hands‑on experience with ROS2 or similar robotics middleware.
• Background in robotics, automation, or autonomous systems.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Practical problem‑solving attitude and interest in real‑world robotic products.
