Sales Agent / Business Development Partner – France & Germany

About the role

Bathsystem SpA, a leading Italian manufacturer of prefabricated bathroom pods, is expanding its commercial network across Europe. The company seeks motivated Sales Agents or Business Development Partners to represent its products in France and Germany, building relationships with key market players.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders in the target markets.
• Promote Bathsystem’s prefabricated bathroom solutions and generate qualified leads.
• Negotiate terms and support the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and provide regular market feedback to the headquarters.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French (for France) or German (for Germany).
• Strong commercial drive with proven ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
• Experience in construction, real estate, modular building, or off‑site manufacturing is a strong advantage.
• Residence in the target market is preferred but not mandatory.
