About the role

Join the Acqua di Parma boutique in Fidenza Village as a Sales Assistant, where you will represent a historic Italian luxury brand and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to a discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets across all product categories.
• Engage customers on the shop floor, providing personalized service aligned with brand philosophy.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building relationships with new and VIP customers.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and brand image according to corporate guidelines.
• Utilize IT applications, including Salesforce CRM, to manage customer data and sales activities.
• Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the stock team.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the luxury retail or outlet channel.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a results‑driven mindset.
• Positive attitude, passion for fragrance, and team orientation.
• Strong listening and advisory skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
