Sales Assistant – Luxury Retail (Full Time)

About the role

As a Sales Assistant for a prestigious luxury brand on Via Montenapoleone, you will act as the face of the label, delivering a personalized and memorable experience to every client. You will use the brand’s clienteling tools and CRM system to understand client needs and build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve customers following the brand’s values and sales ceremony.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and convey brand storytelling.
• Achieve and exceed store sales targets and individual KPIs.
• Develop and nurture client relationships through follow‑ups and CRM.
• Keep the boutique organized, clean, and aligned with visual standards.
• Support daily operational tasks such as restocking, visual merchandising, and inventory.
• Process payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Uphold company grooming standards and dress code.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, preferably Ready‑to‑Wear.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Innovative thinking to create added value for clients.
• Excellent commercial awareness and passion for fashion.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, high‑traffic periods and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
