Bulgari Italia is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join its flagship store on Via Montenapoleone in Milan. This entry‑level position offers a unique gateway into the luxury retail world, supporting client advisors and ensuring an exceptional in‑store experience for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all clients and prospects entering the boutique, whether they are browsing, purchasing, or seeking after‑sales support.
• Support the sales process from initial greeting through to packaging, following Bulgari’s delivery standards.
• Maintain the front area of the shop, ensuring it is tidy, clean, and that products are displayed according to visual‑merchandising guidelines.
• Handle front‑office activities directly with customers, acting as a proactive point of contact and continuously pursuing customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Master’s degree.
• Strong passion for the Bulgari brand and its values.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional language knowledge is highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn about client experience and retail operations.
• Team‑player with empathy.
