About the role

The Sales Associate (Fashion Advisor) is the heartbeat of the CHANEL boutique in Yorkdale. As a brand ambassador you will deliver a warm, authentic experience that reflects CHANEL’s prestige, building lasting client relationships and driving loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke, tailored client service aligned with CHANEL’s Client Service Values.
• Exceed client expectations through personalized styling advice and seamless after‑sales support.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and proactively pursue personal and boutique sales targets.
• Stay current with fashion trends, new collections, and boutique updates.
• Support daily boutique operations, including back‑of‑house tasks, alterations, and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate client data capture and timely follow‑up to enhance the service experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury retail or high‑end customer service environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, personalized client relationships.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
