Sales & Brand Manager

About the role

The Sales & Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies that drive sales growth, profitability and a consistent brand image across all channels. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales & Commercial Process, the role collaborates closely with Marketing, Operations, Customer Service and Logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with brand counterparts to align strategic vision and expectations.
• Design and implement Go‑to‑Market plans targeting seasonal net sales, margin, market‑share and long‑term business goals, with a focus on Italy.
• Manage the seasonal commercial calendar and monitor cross‑functional effectiveness.
• Maintain and expand client relationships, identifying new business opportunities.
• Work with creative and marketing teams to create exhibition spaces that balance brand representation and performance.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends.
• Lead sales campaigns, oversee budgets and manage order entry for non‑agency regions.
• Coordinate with Back Office, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure timely shipments and invoice settlement.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of proven experience in a similar sales or brand management role within fashion or streetwear.
• Strong understanding of wholesale and retail distribution dynamics.
• Analytical mindset with results‑oriented, customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, store checks and trade shows.

Required skills

• Proficiency with BI/reporting tools.
• Experience using ERP systems.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms.
