Sales Development Representative – ePOS (Italy)

About the role

myPOS is launching its integrated ePOS solution, myPOS Order, in Italy and is building the first sales team for this market. As a founding Sales Development Representative, you will own the top of the pipeline, generating and qualifying opportunities that the rest of the team will close.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect relentlessly across phone, email, LinkedIn and industry events to start conversations with SMB merchants.
• Act quickly on inbound interest, focusing effort on genuine fit.
• Conduct sharp discovery calls to understand current processes, pain points and potential improvements.
• Hand off warm, fully‑briefed opportunities for demos and closing.
• Own your pipeline in the CRM and report weekly on outreach, conversion and progress.
• Share frontline market intel with the team.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, SDR or business development, preferably in ePOS, SaaS, fintech or payments.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding outbound targets.
• Ability to explain complex value propositions clearly and convincingly.
• Self‑discipline to maintain a clean pipeline and work autonomously.
• Fluent Italian and confident English; French is a plus.
