Sales Manager – Italian Market (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

Bullboat, a boutique pan‑European distributor of innovative consumer brands, is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow its business in the Italian market. The position is remote and part‑time, offering the chance to work with top retailers such as Mediaworld, Unieuro, and other CE partners.

Key responsibilities

• Provide best‑in‑class account management for multichannel retail partners, overseeing all aspects of the retail relationship.
• Develop and execute retail strategies for each brand, creating effective sales and marketing programmes with key retailers.
• Analyse weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue drivers, propose corrective actions and prepare regular performance reports for management.
• Meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets for the Italian region.
• Expand the customer portfolio and increase the number of active retail accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with Mediaworld, Unieuro or similar CE retailers.
• Strong passion for retail, disruptive products and fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, autonomous environment and drive real impact.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
