Sales Manager – Key Account (Italy)

About the role

Unox, a market leader in high‑end ovens, is seeking a Sales Manager for Key Accounts in Italy. You will lead the Italian Key Account team, drive new business acquisition, and ensure revenue and margin targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop the Italian Key Account team, acting as a role model.
• Identify, win, and grow new key accounts across the kitchen equipment sector.
• Coordinate the full sales cycle, from tender preparation to proposal submission and closing.
• Develop and execute tailored key‑account strategies, influencer maps, and share‑of‑wallet targets.
• Provide accurate monthly forecasts, monitor budgets, and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, product management, service, and sales to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain strong relationships with global chain accounts and act as the primary point of contact.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management.
• Relevant degree in Engineering, Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proven access to key buying centers and experience negotiating national partnership agreements.
