Sales & Marketing Specialist (Musketeer)

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist – nicknamed a "Musketeer" – to champion the brand across the Trentino hospitality scene. You will act as the face of Red Bull, building relationships with bars, clubs, cafés and event organizers while driving on‑premise sales.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Red Bull at trendy venues, festivals and exclusive events, ensuring product visibility and availability.
• Develop and nurture long‑term partnerships with existing customers and create new alliances with key influencers in gastronomy and nightlife.
• Own the on‑premise sales and marketing strategy for the region, identifying trends and new business opportunities.
• Conduct consultative appointments, using sales and negotiation expertise to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull.

Required profile

• Well‑networked with existing contacts in the night‑life or gastronomy sectors, or the ability to build them quickly.
• Extroverted, open, and comfortable approaching new people.
• Experience in the beverage industry, hospitality, catering, marketing, sales, or entrepreneurship.
