Sales Stylist Internship

About the role

Join Levi's iconic retail team as a Sales Stylist Intern and help customers discover their perfect fit. You will work on the shop floor of the Castel Romano Designer Outlet, delivering personalized service and learning the fundamentals of fashion retail.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and provide one‑to‑one styling advice.
• Share product knowledge that inspires confidence and encourages purchase.
• Support daily store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the environment welcoming.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to learn and develop.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
