Security Supervisor - Castello di Casole, Belmond

About the role

Belmond is looking for a Security Supervisor for the 2027 season at Castello di Casole, a luxury hotel in Tuscany. The role protects the team, guests and property through strategic risk management and discreet, high-touch diplomacy, while keeping the guest experience effortless and world-class.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HSE compliance, HACCP standards, Legionella prevention and regular safety inspections and operational audits across the property.
• Manage security services, access control, CCTV, intrusion systems and Control Room operations, including fraud prevention, internal investigations and VIP security.
• Maintain fire, emergency and evacuation plans, run regular drills and exercises, and manage the Business Continuity Programme and crisis tabletop exercises with leadership.
• Conduct operational, environmental and security risk assessments, and deliver safety, security, emergency and compliance training and awareness programmes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.
• Proven background in HSE and security management within hospitality or luxury residential properties.
• Experience in emergency response, crisis management and team training.
• Hands-on experience with operational risk assessments, audits and internal investigations.
• Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
