Senior Account Executive (B2B SaaS)

About the role
This is a fully remote Senior Account Executive position focused on scaling a fast‑growing B2B SaaS business in the performance‑marketing ecosystem. You will own the entire customer lifecycle—from prospecting and closing deals to onboarding and expanding accounts—working closely with executive leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, demos, negotiations and closing.
- Develop long‑term customer relationships through onboarding, retention, upselling and account expansion.
- Build and optimise sales infrastructure, including CRM setup, outreach workflows and sales playbooks.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine ideal customer profiles, messaging and go‑to‑market strategy.
- Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting and revenue reporting.
- Gather customer insights and relay market feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Identify new opportunities in performance marketing, affiliate, lead generation and call‑center sectors.
Required profile
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in performance‑marketing, affiliate networks, lead generation or call‑center environments.
- Proven outbound hunting ability with a consistent record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals.
- Strong understanding of performance‑marketing KPIs (CPL, EPC, ROAS) and ability to communicate ROI.
- Comfortable working in fast‑paced, early‑stage environments with high ownership expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
