Senior Account Executive, Hotels

About the role

Airbnb’s Hotels team is expanding its presence in the hospitality sector and is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new hotel partnerships across Italy and Greece. Based in Milan with a hybrid work model, you will own the full sales funnel, turning cold leads into active hotel listings that enhance Airbnb’s inventory and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new boutique and independent hotels through research, networking and Airbnb tools.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements to achieve quarterly net‑new supply targets.
• Own market launches, coordinating lead generation and cross‑functional support.
• Guide hotel onboarding and ensure smooth integration of new properties.
• Develop and execute scalable sales strategies that maximize impact across a diverse hotel portfolio.
• Maintain strong relationships with hotel and serviced‑apartment partners, articulating Airbnb’s value proposition.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in sales or account management, preferably within a fast‑growing tech or hospitality startup.
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.
• Ability to work hybrid in Milan (2 days onsite per week); no visa or relocation support provided.
