Senior Account Manager – Groceries (Italy)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead Glovo’s grocery partnership strategy in Italy. You will own the most strategic national relationships, driving growth and ensuring partners thrive on our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Joint Business Plan for top‑tier grocery partners and define yearly road‑maps to increase GMV and market share.
• Build and scale a high‑impact partner portfolio, identifying untapped business opportunities and creative collaborations.
• Lead negotiations and onboarding of major grocery brands, acting as the primary point of contact from day one.
• Analyse operational metrics, spot bottlenecks and provide partners with tools, insights and solutions to improve delivery performance.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews, becoming a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders.
• Navigate a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary environment and translate complex problems into scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, data‑obsessed professional with a proven track record in account management or business development.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing strategic partnerships at a national level.
• Ability to engage with C‑level executives and present clear business insights.
• Comfortable working in a high‑task, fast‑growing environment.
