Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Skillvue is looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own and evolve its visual identity. You will shape the brand language of an AI‑powered HR tech platform, creating clear, credible, and compelling visual experiences across product, marketing, and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the visual identity system, including logo, typography, colour palette, iconography and layout grids.
• Art‑direct brand expressions for the website, product launches, marketing campaigns, events and hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with founders, product, marketing and sales teams to craft sharp messaging.
• Produce and edit video content end‑to‑end, from concept and storyboard to motion design, editing and final delivery.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system for internal teams and external partners.
• Translate complex AI and scientific concepts into clear visual narratives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of brand design experience, preferably in SaaS or tech products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and meticulous execution.
• High autonomy, ownership and creative rigor.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to become a trusted creative reference across the organisation.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on motion design and video editing.
• Proficiency with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut Pro or equivalent tools.
