Senior Consultant - Corporate and Business Strategy

About the role

Strategy& (part of the PwC network) is hiring a Senior Consultant for its Corporate and Business Strategy line of service in Milan. The consultant works in a collaborative team of experienced consultants to define growth strategies, analyze consumer trends and design go-to-market approaches for consumer-focused companies.

Key responsibilities

• Define growth strategies in mature and emerging markets
• Analyze consumer trends and market opportunities
• Design go-to-market strategies
• Develop sustainable business plans for consumer-focused companies
• Support digital transformation and direct-to-consumer (D2C) models
• Conduct commercial due diligence in M&A contexts
• Shape operating models and customer-centric organizations

Required profile

• Master's degree in Economics, Business, Management Engineering or a related field
• Bachelor's grade of at least 105/110 and Master's grade of at least 108/110
• 1-4 years of experience in a consulting firm or an international consumer-focused company
• Fluent Italian and English (minimum C1 level)
• Strong knowledge of the Consumer sector and an MBA are considered a plus

What we offer

• Employment under the Level 1 Italian Commerce Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Commercio)
• Indicative annual gross salary of EUR 45,000 to 55,000, depending on skills, experience and fit
