Senior Consultant / Manager – Business Resilience & Digital Risk

About the role

Marsh Risk Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join its Business Resilience & Digital Risk practice in Rome. The role combines cyber security, business continuity and digital risk expertise to help industrial and financial clients protect their information assets and maintain operational continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategies, roadmaps and benchmarks for Cyber Security and Business Resilience using frameworks such as NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
• Conduct risk assessments, quantification and data‑driven analysis with Power Query and Power BI.
• Implement Business Continuity Management systems, perform Business Impact Analyses and develop continuity plans.
• Design risk indicators, monitoring dashboards and AI‑enhanced decision‑support tools (Power Automate, Python).
• Support clients in adopting regulatory requirements (DORA, NIS2, CER) and managing AI‑related risks.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or Mathematics.
• Proven experience in risk management, preferably at a senior level.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication and commercial skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 suite.
• Power Query and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
• Python and Power Automate for automation and AI‑driven solutions.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIS2, DORA and CER directives.

• Permanent contract with a starting gross annual salary of €36,000 (higher based on experience).
