Senior Corporate Attorney

About the role

Gamma Technologies seeks a Senior Corporate Attorney to join its Legal team and support the company’s expanding software business across Europe. The role will act as a trusted legal advisor on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters, working closely with sales, product, finance, and other business units.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize commercial contracts such as master service agreements, SaaS and software license agreements, professional services agreements, NDAs and enterprise customer contracts for U.S. and international markets.
• Provide rapid, practical guidance to the global Sales team on contract terms, deal structures, customer escalations and standard company positions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, international trade, export control, privacy and data‑protection regulations.
• Identify, assess and advise on contractual risk, including indemnification, limitation of liability, IP ownership and data‑privacy commitments.
• Conduct legal research on contract law developments, multi‑jurisdictional enforcement issues and emerging regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates, playbooks and fallback positions.
• Support broader legal needs such as vendor onboarding, employment matters, M&A due diligence and strategic transactions.
• Manage internal databases for proper organization, follow‑up and document retention.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with 6–10 years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in‑house or at a top‑tier law firm advising software or technology companies.
• Deep familiarity with high‑volume contract environments and cross‑border sales operations.
• Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial and regulatory frameworks governing software.
