Senior Creative Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Manager to shape Juventus’ creative vision across campaigns, content, partnerships and brand experiences. Working within the Brand & Digital Media team, you will translate strategic objectives into high‑impact creative work that reflects the ambition, consistency and distinctiveness of the Juventus brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the creative direction for campaigns, content, partnerships and brand initiatives.
• Develop creative concepts, visual territories and guidelines that bring brand strategies to life.
• Lead, inspire and grow creative teams, fostering collaboration and excellence.
• Oversee the production of creative assets across multiple channels and formats.
• Partner with Content & Media teams to deliver experiences on digital, social, editorial and multimedia platforms.
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to balance creative ambition with operational feasibility.
• Guide agencies, production suppliers and external partners through clear direction and feedback.
• Support commercial and partnership activations while protecting the Juventus brand identity.
• Stay ahead of emerging creative trends, cultural movements and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 6–9 years of experience in creative direction, art direction, branding, design or integrated communication.
• Proven experience managing creative teams and delivering complex multi‑channel campaigns.
• Experience working with agencies, production partners and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong expertise in brand development, visual identity systems, content production and creative storytelling.
• Deep understanding of digital, social, editorial and multimedia ecosystems.
• Ability to combine creativity, strategic thinking and business awareness.
• Exceptional presentation, communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English.
