Senior Digital Consultant – French Speaking (Life Sciences)

About the role

LifeBee, a ProductLife Group company, is looking for a Senior Digital Consultant fluent in French to join its Industrial Operations and Manufacturing team in Milan. You will guide pharmaceutical and life‑science clients through complex digital transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with GxP regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a portfolio of digital transformation projects for local and international life‑science customers.
• Analyse client needs, design solutions and advise on the most suitable technologies.
• Implement, customise and integrate market‑leading software applications, including MES and other industry‑specific tools.
• Prepare project specifications, test plans and validation documentation.
• Collaborate with global software vendors and provide technical and functional training to clients.
• Support technical validation activities and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• STEM degree (e.g., computer science, bioinformatics, engineering, statistics, physics) preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a consulting role within the life‑science or related technology sector.
• Strong understanding of pharma/life‑science regulations, standards and best practices.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French proficiency is mandatory.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT systems and coding languages.
• Proficiency with MS Office productivity tools.
• Familiarity with life‑science software solutions.
• Project management capabilities.
• Nice‑to‑have: SQL, JavaScript, Python, C# programming skills.
